To all of our clients we hope that you are healthy and safe taking all

necessary measures to protect yourselves and your family from the

Covid 19 virus.

Many of you have expressed concerns regarding our services and the

measures we are taking to continue to provide our services as well as

protect you and our staff during this pandemic.

Many of you don’t know that I have a 16 year diverse background in the

healthcare field. I am very familiar with the importance of cleaning,

sterilizing and sanitizing for health and safety.

I assure you we are taking all the necessary precautionary measures we

possibly can to protect all of us. How are we doing this?

All of the equipment we use for each client is washed and sanitized

before and after each use.

We have reduced our staff to 2 per household.

We use a clean and sanitized caddie for each household. All the

product bottles we use are sanitized after each client. We have

changed our disinfectant cleaners to follow government protocol to

ensure your home is safely and properly sanitized to combat against the Covid 19 virus. 

For each home we have clean and sanitized pails for our cleaning

supplies.

For our vacuums and attachments, they are cleaned and sanitized

before and after each use. The vacuum filters are replaced after each

use and properly cleaned and sanitized as well. All of our vacuums are

bag less to ensure clients health and safety.

Our mop heads are cleaned and sanitized and the buckets are cleaned

and sanitized as well before and after. We use one clean and sanitized

bucket and vacuum per client home.

As for our staff we are have received our covid 19 vaccinations and we do continue to practice safe distancing, hand washing, and

sanitizing when we come into your home to clean for you. We ask that

 you help us with safe distancing while we are in your home providing our 

services to you.

We always wear gloves while we are cleaning your home.

We also have been in constant contact with our clients with

health issues, who have travelled, who have many family members living at

home, our healthcare clients. Any situation that could potentially

put ourselves or our clients at risk. For these concerns we have

cancelled cleaning for these clients until further notice to keep us all

safe.

We have been very careful to limit being out in public to only if

absolutely necessary.
